Who can use Gyan AI

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person.

Plans and payment

• The free diagnostic gives 10 questions per exam without an account.
• Paid plans are listed on our pricing page. Checkout is not open yet. Joining an early access list is free and doesn't commit you to buy.
• When checkout opens, the price, period, renewal and refund terms shown at purchase will apply to that purchase. We will not charge you without your explicit confirmation.
• During early access, features available to free accounts may later become part of a paid plan. We will give notice before that happens.

Our practice content

• Questions, explanations and notes are original material written to each vendor's published exam outline. They are not real exam questions and are not obtained from any exam.
• We work to keep content accurate and current, but cloud services change often. Content is for study and may contain errors; please report them with the Flag button.
• Using Gyan AI does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.
• Microsoft, Azure, Fabric, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks and other product names are trademarks of their owners. Gyan AI is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification vendor.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Copy, scrape, resell or republish our questions, notes or explanations.
• Share your account or try to get around plan limits.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or access other users' data.
• Use Gyan AI to share real exam content, which would breach the vendors' exam agreements.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

What you send us

When you report a question or send feedback, you let us use it to improve Gyan AI. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may stop offering Gyan AI or any part of it; if a paid plan you hold is discontinued, we will refund the unused portion.

Liability

Gyan AI is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for exam outcomes. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them; we will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they apply.
